Drought Emergency Declared
All 44 counties across Idaho are now under an emergency drought declaration, approved by the state's Department of Water Resources (IDWR) and Governor Brad Little.

2026 Irrigation Season
Settlers has set the tentative water shut-off date for October 9th. Further updates and a set date will be shared here as the plans for the close of the 2026 season are finalized. If Settlers does not operate the pump station in your neighborhood, contact your HOA to find out when water will be shut off in your neighborhood.
Board Meeting
Board Meetings are held at Settlers' office - 1910 North Garden Street, Boise, Idaho 83706. The September board meeting has been moved to the 16th at 9:30 a.m.
The regularly scheduled Board Meeting for August was held on the 11th.
Water Emergencies & Orders
For water emergencies or to place a water order, call 208-870-4292. All water orders must be placed at this phone number. Please note, water orders must be made 48 hours in advance, and deliveries and adjustments are made Monday through Friday only.
